"I can not recommend enough: find another insurer. State Farm is only interested in receiving your checks, and definitely not a good neighbor as they advertise. I'd been with them for 20 years, and because I'm moving to another city in Cali, they cancelled my renter's policy claiming it was a 'new fire policy,' which is not allowed. And on top of that, they raised my rates declaring that since I didn't have a renter's policy anymore, I didn't qualify for discounts on my vehicles. Again, find another insurer. These guys are only in it to make money."
